Volunteer in Panama

The conservation and preservation of the incredible lost world of Coiba National Park is the highest priority of Discover Hidden Panama. Join us and our non-profit, conservation partners in filling a vital role in the ongoing studies. We have numerous programs for you to participate in, using your skills and knowledge to help protect the animal and marine species on and around Coiba.

Our work does not end with the preservation of the park. We believe working in the surrounding communities is as important as preserving Coiba. Join us in working with the children in our village, teaching English and work in our community outreach programs providing educational workshops or distributing solar lanterns to those without electricity.

Though we work hard, we leave lots of time for fun and relaxing on the beach or in the surrounding nature. Kayaking, snorkeling, surfing, beach volleyball and football or hiking the mangrove forests will occupy your free time. Your nights are filled with lots of fun activities too; night time forest hikes to view the nocturnal animals, fosflorescent tours in the sea, movies on the beach, BBQs and bonfires.
